Refund & Returns Policy
At Witchy Supplies, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns and exchange process.
Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 42 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in new condition.
- Items should be returned with their original packaging where possible.
- Returns must be initiated within 42 days of receiving your order.
Extended Holiday Returns
For eligible orders placed during our holiday period, extended returns may apply. Orders placed during the specified promotional return period may be returned within 50 days of purchase.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for eligible items returned within the applicable return window.

Free Returns
A prepaid return label is included with your order. There is no charge for returning eligible items.
Restocking Fees

Refunds
