Refund & Returns Policy
At Witchy Supplies, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns and exchange process.
Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 42 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in new condition.
- Items should be returned with their original packaging where possible.
- Returns must be initiated within 42 days of receiving your order.
Return Windows and Earlier Promises
The 42-day return window above applies to new orders. Any longer return period promised when you placed your order will still be honoured. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for eligible items returned within the applicable return window.
Return Methods
Returns can be made:
- By post
- At an approved drop-off location
- In store (where applicable)
Return Postage
Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. Niffty Witchy Supplies does not provide prepaid return labels for these returns. This does not apply to faulty or incorrect goods and does not affect your statutory rights.
If free return postage or a prepaid return label was promised when you placed your order, that promise is unaffected by this update.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 days and issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note that your payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available in your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
