How to request deletion

This page is for the Niffty Witchy Supplies app and account, operated by Niffty Witchy Supplies Limited. To request deletion of your account and its associated data, email niffty@witchy-supplies.co.uk with the subject Niffty account deletion and the email address used for your account. You can also use the account-deletion request control in the app.

You do not need to reinstall the app or remember your password to email us. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity. Never send your password. Supply identity documents only if proportionately and securely requested.

What happens after a request

Kora checks deletion requests daily, with Chris covering her absence. A request is not an immediate deletion confirmation. We review your account, Community data and other relevant records, carry out required actions and explain the outcome. We normally respond without undue delay and within one calendar month, subject to an applicable lawful extension explained within the initial period.

What is reviewed for deletion

The review includes your account and profile, messages and photos, posts and other shared content, relationships and group records, sessions, notification registrations and related Community data. Shared ownership and information involving other people may need careful review or redaction. A completed Community-data step does not by itself confirm that the website account and every other copy have been removed.

Information that may remain

Some necessary order or transaction records, specifically justified legal or safety material, minimal request or consent evidence, or backup copies may remain. We explain the data, reason and applicable expiry or review criterion. Scheduled and older manual backup copies have no single fixed expiry. We reapply completed deletions before restored data goes live.

Data on your own device

A server request cannot erase a disconnected phone, private local records, exports, screenshots or someone else's saved copy. Contact us if you need help with information on your device. See https://witchy-supplies.co.uk/app-privacy/ for more detail.
