Choose a Journal for Your Practice

A personal grimoire or Book of Shadows can hold the notes and ideas that matter to you. Use it for your own ritual records, card readings, seasonal observations, creative writing or reflections. You do not need to follow a particular spiritual path to keep a journal.

What to Check Before Buying

• Size: compare the listed dimensions with where you plan to write, store or carry your journal.
• Cover and design: choose a style you enjoy. The range includes leather journals and decorative fantasy designs; materials vary by product.
• Closure: some journals include a lock or other closure. Check the individual listing rather than assuming every design has one.
• Pages: check the listing for paper and page details. If a detail is missing, ask before ordering.
