Who runs Community

Niffty Witchy Supplies Limited operates Niffty Community. Contact niffty@witchy-supplies.co.uk for support, reporting problems or privacy questions. Community is for adults aged 18 and over. Accounts identified as belonging to someone under 18 will be blocked from Community.

Rules for all members

Be respectful. In ordinary contributions, do not share another person's sensitive or private information. Obtain permission before sharing their other personal information or images. Use the reporting route for relevant safety concerns.

Do not post or send abuse, harassment, hate speech, threats, bullying or content encouraging violence.

Do not share sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors, grooming or sexually explicit content.

Do not post scams, spam, impersonation, unlawful content, dangerous instructions or content that infringes another person's rights.

These rules apply to profiles, posts, comments, events, groups, messages, photos and shared spells. You remain responsible for what you share. Optional consent choices cover only your own stated beliefs or health information; they do not authorise information about other people, other sensitive categories or criminal allegations.

Report, block and challenge a decision

Use Report to flag unsafe content or behaviour and Block to stop unwanted contact. If you cannot use the app, email niffty@witchy-supplies.co.uk with the item or decision reference and a short explanation. Give only relevant information. Do not download or resend suspected illegal sexual imagery. If somebody is in immediate danger, contact emergency services. This is not an emergency service.

We may remove or restrict content, warn a member, or restrict Community access. We assess the circumstances and explain decisions where appropriate without exposing private information or compromising an investigation. Kora checks reports daily, with Chris covering her absence. To challenge a decision, email niffty@witchy-supplies.co.uk with the decision reference and why you disagree.

Accepting the rules and choosing privacy

Before creating or uploading Community content, members must explicitly accept the current rules and terms. Reading, reporting, blocking, leaving and deletion routes remain available without acceptance. Accepting the rules is separate from optional sensitive-sharing and marketing consent.
