Where can I visit the Niffty shop?
You can find Niffty Witchy Supplies at 28 Park Parade, Havant, Hampshire, PO9 5AD. Check our contact page for the published opening hours before travelling. If you are coming for a particular product or activity, contact us beforehand with the details.
What are Niffty’s shop opening hours?
Our published shop hours are Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm, and Sunday, 9am to 4pm. For a bank holiday or a special trip, check with us before setting off. The contact page is the place to find our shop details.
How can I contact Niffty about a product, order or visit?
Email niffty@witchy-supplies.co.uk or call 02394 352984. Include the product name or page link for an item enquiry, or your order number for an order question. For a planned visit, tell us what you would like to check so we can understand your enquiry.
Should I check before travelling for something I have seen online?
Yes, contact us with the product name or link before making a special trip. Some items are delivered directly from trusted suppliers, so an online listing should not be treated as confirmation that the item is ready to buy in our Havant shop. Ask us to check the particular item you want to see.
Shopping and choosing supplies
Are Niffty’s dressed spell candles made in store?
Yes. Our dressed spell candles are made in store by Niffty’s owner. When choosing a candle, check the individual description for its design, size and instructions, and ask us if you would like more information about a particular dressed spell candle.

Can I browse Niffty by brand or artist?
Yes. Our Shop by Brand page groups the catalogue into brands, fantasy artists and licensed collections. You can use it to find names such as Satya, Stamford, Anne Stokes and Lisa Parker, then compare the individual products and their current details.
Does Niffty sell fantasy and gothic collectables as well as ritual supplies?
Yes. Our gothic and fantasy range includes decorative figures, wall art, boxes and other display pieces. The catalogue also has film, music and gaming collections. Browse by theme or collection, then check each listing’s dimensions, materials and availability before choosing.

Where can I read Niffty’s guides before choosing supplies?
Our Witchcraft Guides page brings together beginner, moon ritual, spell jar, candle magic, altar and sabbat guides. They are available to read on the website. Start with the subject that interests you, then use the product categories to compare any supplies you decide you need.
Can I shop with Niffty without downloading the app?
Yes. You can browse products and shop through the Niffty website in your browser. The website also has our guides, contact details and workshop information, so you can use those pages directly when planning a purchase or visit.
What should I tell Niffty when asking for help choosing a product?
Tell us what you want to use the item for, your budget and any size or material requirements that matter to you. If you are comparing particular items, send their names or links. You can also say which supplies you already have, so your question is about the missing detail rather than buying a whole new setup.
Classes and readings
What kinds of workshops can I explore at Niffty?
Our workshops page lists witchcraft classes, spell candle classes, spell jar classes, protection magic classes and guided ritual sessions. Each description explains its focus. Start with the activity you would enjoy learning, then check its current listing or contact us about any details you need before booking.
How long are Niffty’s classes, and how big are the groups?
The listed witchcraft, spell candle, spell jar and protection magic classes are described as two-hour sessions with up to six people. Check the description for your chosen activity, as that format should not be assumed for every guided ritual or reading.
Are Niffty’s workshops suitable for beginners?
Our published witchcraft, spell candle, spell jar and protection classes are described as beginner-friendly. Read the outline for the activity you are considering, and contact us if you want to check what experience or preparation is expected before you book.

Using the Niffty app
What is the difference between My Cupboard and Collections in the app?
My Cupboard is for organising supplies: you can track quantities and usage, build spell kits and keep a restock list. Collections are for themed reference and inspiration lists alongside that inventory. Use the area that suits whether you are recording what you have or gathering ideas.
Can I build and save my own spell draft in the Niffty app?
Yes. The guided Spell Builder lets you choose an intention and ingredients, use supplies from your Cupboard, edit your method and save drafts. It also offers shop matches for missing items. Treat the result as a personal plan and check the suitability and safety of every step before trying it.
How does the Niffty app’s three-card tarot feature work?
The app provides a randomly drawn three-card tarot reflection, with card meanings and reversals to explore. You can save a reading to your Grimoire. It is a reflection tool rather than a promise about future events; you do not need to draw from a physical deck to try the app feature.
Can the Niffty app help me keep track of what I am learning?
Yes. The Learning Hub and beginner paths include bookmarks and progress tracking. You can also explore quizzes, a glossary and printable resources. Save useful material as you go and return to the subjects you want to revisit at your own pace.
Can I plan an altar in the app using things I already own?
Yes. The altar planner helps you work with what you already own, consider what is missing and save your altar plans. The app also includes altar guides, layouts and gods and deities reference material to explore while developing your ideas.
Can I add my own plans to the Niffty app’s calendar?
Yes. Alongside sabbat information, the app’s calendar supports private reminders and event exports. You can use it to organise your own practice and plans. Adding a personal reminder is separate from arranging a workshop or reading with the shop.
Explore the app’s calendar · Find shop workshops and readings.
Is every event in Niffty Community an official shop workshop?
Community posts and events are created by members, so a Community listing should not automatically be treated as a Niffty shop workshop or booking confirmation. For shop-run workshops and readings, use the Workshops & Readings area and its website links. Check who is organising a Community event and what arrangements apply.

How does local discovery work in Niffty Community?
Community’s local discovery uses the town or area you choose. You can explore local groups, posts and events through the optional adult Community, which is for people aged 18 and over. Check the organiser and details of anything you are considering joining.
What can I do about unwanted contact or unsafe content in Niffty Community?
Use Report to flag unsafe content or behaviour and Block to stop unwanted contact. If you cannot use the app, email niffty@witchy-supplies.co.uk with the item or decision reference and a short, relevant explanation. Community support is not an emergency service.
