Payment and delivery
Your first payment is taken when you subscribe through Stripe. Once payment succeeds, we prepare and send your first box. There is no fixed monthly dispatch date to wait for. The subscription then renews monthly. Each successful monthly payment means another box.
Your box will be delivered within 3 working days of each successful payment. If you need a box for a special date, contact us before subscribing.
A mystery selection
Contents vary with your chosen budget and availability. No particular item, product category or item count is guaranteed.
The image is an AI-generated illustrative example, not a photograph of the monthly box you will receive. Actual contents, colours and presentation vary.
Manage or cancel
This is a recurring subscription, not a one-off purchase. Manage your subscription through the Stripe customer portal, separately from your website shop account. You can cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Cancel before your next payment is due to stop the next renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period. There is no minimum term and no extra month’s notice.
Cancelling future renewals is separate from requesting a return or refund for a box already paid for. Contact us for help and read our Refund and Returns Policy. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Separate from ordinary shop orders
The Subscribe button opens Stripe signup. This subscription is paid and managed through Stripe, not through our usual shop checkout. Normal delivery rules still apply to other products bought from the shop.
